In this Feeling it -Doing it self-care challenge we will dip deep into your intuition & what you already know about yourself.
Each day of the week, I will prompt you to consider areas of your life that deeply support your self-care.
You will be part of a private community outside of Facebook, where you can ask your questions, share your insights, and meet other women who are on the same journey as you.
I am available to you on call during the challenge to give insight and direction, where you need and desire it.

Hi! I am Nicola, mom of 5 kids.
We are familiar with ADHD, ASD, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, APD – it makes for a fun house and sometimes a challenging one.
As you can imagine between the amount of people, laundry piles and additional challenges energy gets expended very quickly and running on empty leads to serious consequences in no time.
After experiencing the downfall of lacking self-care I am now on a mission to teach every mom how to know what they need and how to practically meet those needs in a way that makes sense with who they are and what is going on in their lives.
